Raising money for a good cause? List your fundraiser on Warwick & Leamington

If you're running a fundraiser, whether it's a school event, a sponsored challenge, or a JustGiving page for a local cause, you can list it on Warwick & Leamington and get it seen by people nearby.

Submitting a fundraiser is limited to Verified Local residents. It's the one thing on the site where we ask for that extra check, simply because it involves asking people for money, and we want residents to trust that what they're seeing is genuinely local. If you signed up with a Warwick, Leamington or Kenilworth postcode, you're almost certainly already Verified Local without needing to do anything else.

To list one, head to warwickandleamington.com/fundraisers/submit. Add a title, a short description, the link to your JustGiving, GoFundMe or similar page, the town it's tied to, and an end date. A photo helps here too, a fundraiser with a picture attached tends to get a lot more attention than plain text.

One thing worth knowing: fundraisers on here are meant to be time-bound, with a clear end date. If what you're running is more of an ongoing appeal without a fixed end, that's a better fit for a News article instead, and we're happy to help with that too.

Every fundraiser gets a quick review before it goes live, just to make sure everything checks out. Once it's approved, it appears on our public Fundraisers page, in our occasional roundup email, and we'll usually share it on our Facebook page as well.
